HOW THIS SERVICE WORKS
In order to request this service, the client must contact our technical support team by telephone
or email to arrange an appointment. Once the date of the service has been set with the technician,
click on “Technical help”. That way, a program will be uploaded onto your PC, and its execution will mean
your approval for our technicians to remotely control your computer. The service cannot be accessed without
the previous request/approval on the part of the client, given that one of our technicians must be available
in order to provide said service.
